I’m Kristi Duvall — leadership advisor, keynote speaker, and creator of the SPARK Method™.
With more than 25 years in manufacturing and over a decade in management and executive leadership, I bring deep, real-world insight to every engagement. I started my career as a top-performing individual contributor in sales and worked my way up to Vice President, leading teams through high-growth chapters, cultural shifts, and post-acquisition integration.
I’ve built and rebuilt teams, led through resistance, and found my voice in rooms that weren’t always built for me.
