With over 25 years of corporate experience — including 10+ years in management and executive leadership — I bring deep, real-world insight to every coaching conversation. I started my career as a top-performing individual contributor in sales and worked my way up to Vice President, leading teams through high-growth chapters, cultural shifts, and post-acquisition change.
